Inspection Fee Schedule

We offer a “Full Menu” of inspection choices.

 

We believe that you deserve to choose the inspection type that suits your needs!

 

 1- Verbal Reports:

 

Our “Walk & Talk” is a verbal consultation.

This Consultation uses no tools and is for investors who just want the “nuts & bolts” of plumbing, electrical, foundation and roof. We will visit the property with you and point out major concerns and maintenance issues. You may take photos and make your own notes, as no written report is provided on this type of consultation.  Fee is only 50% of the Rate Schedule, below.

Our “Tools & Talk” is a verbal consultation.

This Consultation uses the same tools as our Complete Inspection, but no written report is provided.  This is for investors, home owners or buyers who may take photos and notes, but want more details than the Walk-Through.  Fee is 25% off the Rate Schedule, below.

  2- Written Reports:

 

Our “Complete Inspection” menu (below) is our complete, multi-point inspection.

It includes all minor and major concerns, as well as maintenance issues. A very detailed report is emailed to you, complete with digital photographs and a summary page.  See Rate Schedule, below.

Mold Inspections

Limited Screening  Inspection (Client defined area)    $250  (Incl. 2 samples)

(This inspection is used when client wants a limited area tested. For example a bedroom,aliving room, etc..Apropriate samples would be collected an submitted to a laboratory for testing.)

Mold Survey Inspection (Inspector defined area)         $390  (Incl. 3 samples)

(This inspection is a comprehensive survey of the dwelling when the client is unsure where the problem is located. For example, client smells musty odor or there exist symptoms related to mold presence but there is no visible evidence. In this case the inspector would perform a comprehensive evaluation of the structure to try and determined where the problem is and then samples would be collected and submitted to a laboratory for testing.)

Mold Clearance Inspection (Post remediation)            $190  (Incl. 2 samples)

(This inspection is performed after removal or remediation has been performed. This type of testing ensures that the mold problem has been eradicated properly.) A limited number of samples would be collected and submitted to a laboratory for testing.)

*Note: Charge for each additional test sample regardless of sample type is: $70 per sample. This includes the lab fees.

* Lower Keys residents - please note there will be an additional $25.00 charge for travel time.

* Palm Beach County residents - please note there will be an additional $35.00 charge for travel time.
